A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fourth principal crime on May 2018;

A. On May 2018, the Defendant is willing to attract the Defendant to commit an indecent act: (a) in front of the house of the Defendant who was on the fourth floor B B in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, B, and returned home; (b) to find out the Victim C (V, 7 years of age) who was satisfing; and (c) to commit an indecent act against the victim.

B. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by force against minor children under the age of 13) Defendant is disadvantageous to the victim in the above Defendant’s house at the same time and time as the above 1. A.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against a minor who is under 13 years of age.

2. The crime committed on May 28, 2018.

A. On May 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (8 years old) who had attended a school, and the victim C (7 years old) who committed an indecent act in front of the Defendant’s house; (b) decided to commit an indecent act against the victims; and (c) provided money at the home upon the end of the class.

".........." The victims, together with E (V, 7 years of age), found in the office of the defendant in light of the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant induced victims for the purpose of indecent act.

B. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by force against minor children under the age of 13) Defendant is located in the office of the above Defendant on the same day as the above 2. A.
