Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with Ma-dong C, tried to perform the work of the number of days of D in Seoul, but the above D was a student who was issued a warrant of arrest in the Gangwon District Public Prosecutor's Office in Chuncheon District Public Prosecutor's Office for fraud.

At around 00:00 on March 4, 2014, the Defendant discovered a hoo vehicle on the road in front of the new building located in the 343-lane, Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul Western Police Station Escopon, and the police officer assigned to the Seoul Western Police Station Escopon, and inspected D, while checking that D is a driver, the Defendant: (a) tried to identify D’s arms as a driver; (b) tried to escape, and (c) tried to escape from D’s arms together with C; (d) tried to escape, and (e) carried D’s arms to move into two arms; and (e) carried D’s legs to move into the body of G with D, F, and G, and 20 minutes of G fighting, such as those put into the body of G, f, and f, put into the body of G, f, and f, put into the body of G, with D, F, and G.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to assault police officers performing official duties and interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of designated recipients.
