If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

On October 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 19:15, the Defendant: (b) confirmed the Defendant’s boarding passes; (c) the victim D (the age of 43) who caused the Defendant’s service to assist the Defendant at the entrance of the opening room within the subway 7 subway Line B located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; (d) confirmed the Defendant’s boarding passes, and (e) took three times the victim’s upper part of the victim’s neck with the verbal language, “Negs, grings, and sleeps.” (e.g., the Defendant used three times the victim’s upper part of the passenger’s neck;
