A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2020, at around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) moved to 2nd underground floor along with the victim D (Nam, 40 years of age) who is a cause of service from the 3rd underground platform of the subway Line B, subway Line B, subway C, in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, under the influence of alcohol; and (b) moved to 2nd underground in the opening space; and (c) in the vicinity of the opening space, the victim changed the horses, such as “I am the front door, I am the front door,” “I am the front door, I am the horse, I am the back of the victim,” “I am the front door of the opening space, I am the back of the opening space, I am the front door of the victim at one time with the rear part of the victim; (d) am the front door of the steel cover, was collected into the floor of the steel cover, and was damaged by the lid of the article, which is a dangerous article.

As a result, the Defendant assaulted the victims to interfere with the execution of duties related to the provision of passenger services by the victims, who are railroad workers, and carried dangerous objects with the victim, thereby putting the victim on the left-hand sprink in need of treatment for about 15 days, and damaged the waste dpulbing of the above steel scrap amounting to KRW 122,868, which is the property owned by the Seoul Transport Corporation.
