A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 7 million for the same offense in the Changwon District Court's Jinwon Branch's Branch's Seoul District Court's Seoul District Court's order of summary on August 16, 2009 as a fine of KRW 1 million for the same offense, KRW 3 million for the same offense in the same court on August 2014, and KRW 6 million for the same offense in the same court on December 15, 2015, and KRW 7 million for the same offense, etc. on May 13, 2016. 1. On July 25, 2019, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle without registration 49cc. without registration from the Do in front of the Cridge located in Jinju City B to the front of the reflect terminal located in the same ordinary nature of the same city, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.102% of the blood alcohol concentration on July 18, 2019.

In this respect, the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol as provided by the Road Traffic Act has been violated not less than twice.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as the owner of the above motorcycle, operated the above motorcycle which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place of Paragraph 1.
