A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall engage in the business of exchanging, arranging exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

Nevertheless, from June 12, 2015 to May 2016, the Defendant provided games, such as “E”, “E”, and “comforcing,” to customers who have found such games, and provided cash received from customers with a certain amount of game money, demanded them to play games, such as the said Baduk and adjacent games, and exchanged the remaining game money into cash in a certain amount after the completion of the game, and F paid monthly pay to the lessor of the said E-building, and provided the Defendant with game money.

Nevertheless, on May 2016, the Defendant was classified as not to exceed 300,000 won for the settlement between individuals under the above E, and the amount of the maximum betting amount per time does not exceed 30,000 won for the game money when registering the soft Card, but the Defendant did not limit the amount of settlement between individuals and the amount of the maximum betting amount per time, and provided the altered roof game for customers’ use at the time of registering the soft Card.

As a result, the defendant provided game water different from the contents of the game rating.
