1. Presumption

A. The Plaintiff is a company with the purpose of manufacturing, wholesale and retail business, etc. of household goods.

B. On March 15, 2013, the Defendant concluded a contract with C to provide D with exclusive supply of D as “the contract term: from March 15, 2013 to March 16, 2014,” and “Quantities: 40,000 feet per set (unit price: 11,220 won per set).”
