A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 12, 2014, around 01:10, the Defendant damaged the said car to the extent that the repairing cost is approximately KRW 514,072, by unloading a car owned by the victim B, who was parked there, on the ground of a bicycle for children in the surrounding area, from the Southern apartment 305-dong parking lot located in the Namsan apartment 4,00,000, Namju City, 305-dong, without any reason.

2. The injured Defendant heard the victim D’s words “drawing the above act” from the victim D who observed the above act at the time as stated in paragraph 1, the same apartment parking lot in front of 307 apartment buildings, and the victim D, “hicking, snicking,” and “hicking,” and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the victim’s math, shoulder, sating, satisfing, sating, etc. in the treatment days, by attacking the victim.
