A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating a lodging facility with the trade name “D” in Mineyang-si, and the victim E (nive, 10 years of age) lived in the above accommodation facility with his family from April 28, 201, and lived in the above accommodation facility with his family from November 27, 201, as the lessee of the second floor building near the above accommodation facility was living in the name of the Defendant from November 27, 201, and thus, the difference between the Defendant and his knowledge.

1. On July 2012, 2012, the Defendant discovered a victim in the vicinity of the victim's house located in Mayangyang-si, S. in early 2012, the Defendant stated that “I will play, I will come to play, I will come to his house located in D.” The victim shows female body pictures to the victim’s obscenity, and “I will come to go off if I will do so. 3. On July 14, 2012, the Defendant found the victim in the vicinity of the Defendant’s house, displayed obscenity photographs in the Defendant’s house, and committed indecent acts by hand with obscene images in the Defendant’s house, and continuously, displayed the victim’s chests and drinkings on a small room, she was laid off on the part of the Defendant’s house, and displayed the Red Sea, “I do not move the victim to the male her seat. I do not see that I do not move the female her seat under the male her seat.” While the Defendant tried to get out of the Defendant’s house, the Defendant her shouldered the Defendant’s shoulder.
