A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor for interference with business affairs at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House on April 28, 2017.

[2] On August 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported on August 2015, 2017 that the Defendant 1436 of the 2017 Highest 1436, on the road in front of the D cafeteria located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, and reported that the Defendant was disturbed; and (b) on the ground that F in the circumstances leading up to the Busan Northern Police Station E division belonging to the Busan Northern Police Station would restrain the Defendant, the Defendant her breast part of F was on one occasion.

1. The Defendant, on December 3, 2017, tried to enter a hospital to leave the toilet located in the hospital on the first floor of the H hospital located in the Busan Northern-gu G on December 18:45, 2017, but, on the other hand, from the victim I (27 years old) of the security personnel of the above hospital, dysnty as “Isson’s Day.”

In response to the question, “A person who uses a toilet” refers to “a person who uses a toilet” and “a person who intends to enter a fluorial,” the victim heard from the victim the words “the first floor of a hospital is currently being repaired, so it is not possible to use a toilet at any other place,” and assaulted twice the victim’s face on his/her hand.

On December 3, 2017, at around 18:55, the Defendant was assaulted at the location described in paragraph (1) at around 18:55, and was dispatched to the police at the location described in paragraph (1) at around 112, the Defendant was arrested as a current offender with respect to the crime of assaulting under paragraph (1) from the E District SecurityJ and the police officer K, and the police officer attempted to stop using a cresh in order to check the scene of the crime. However, the Defendant was able to hear and check the horse from K in the Gyeong K of the Gyeong K, and was able to check the scene of the crime, thereby hindering the police officer’s legitimate performance of the duty to regulate the police officer’s report by assaulting the police officer at the location described in paragraph (1) at once.
