A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 1755] On August 29, 2014, the Defendant reported the victim C’s galthalthal seal purchase at his own house located in Pyeongtaek-si B, and made contact to the victim by visiting the victim with the galthalthal seal purchase.

However, there was no intention or ability to deliver money to the victim even if he receives money from the victim as a sales price because the defendant did not have the above gallonies at the time.

Nevertheless, as above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 80,000 on the same day from the victim to the Cit Bank account under the name of the Defendant, and then acquired it by deception, as shown in attached Table 1 from around that time to September 15, 2014 [Provided, That the amount of damage set forth in No. 2 is revised to KRW 130,000] by means of the aforesaid method ten times in total.

[2014 Highest 1908] On September 3, 2014, the Defendant reported the victim’s Canadian Canadian Scam Holdings that is listed on the NAV bulletin board at the Defendant’s residence located in Pyeongtaek-si B, and told the victim to sell Canadian Scam Scam to 300,000 won.

However, the defendant did not have the above crowdfunding at the time, and even if he received the above money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver it to the victim.

The Defendant received 300,000 won from the victim’s bank account in the name of E on the same day as that of the aforementioned false statement.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim to take the property by deceiving the victim.

[2015 Highest 747] On February 3, 2015, the Defendant reported the victim F's clothes purchase writing posted on the Niberian website at the Defendant's home located in Gyeonggi-si B apartment 1019 Dong 1204, and made the victim contact with the victim, thereby selling an empty land in KRW 110,000.
