A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant was in charge of quality control duties while working as the team leader of the technological department E, a corporation with the purpose of manufacturing the power generation facilities, etc. located in D at the time of showsing.
F Co., Ltd. separates classes of parts used in nuclear power plants: ① Safety class ( Q class), (2) safety impact class (A), which is an item that is not classified as a safety-related structure, system, or device but is likely to cause the suspension of power generation, and ③ safety class (S class) of an item not classified as a QA; and (3) safety class (S class) if a product is a product, the supplier performs the verification of equipment before the delivery of the product in accordance with the purchase contract and the purchase specifications, and demands F Co., Ltd. to submit a report on the verification of equipment.
Around July 20, 2006, H Co., Ltd. entered into a sales contract (contract number I) on Class 8 of the pressure vessel with H Co., Ltd. on the high-speed emergency power generator 1 and 2, and supplied the above pressure vessel to F Co., Ltd. via H Co., Ltd. by November 30, 2009, the payment period. The above pressure vessel is a product used in the safety class as a product supplied to the nuclear power plant by H Co., Ltd., which is used in the emergency diesel power plant to be supplied by H Co., Ltd. to the nuclear power plant. As such, before the above pressure vessel is supplied by H Co., Ltd., it is required to undergo an internal verification as to the above pressure vessel, and submit a report on verification of earthquake-proof to F Co., Ltd. via H Co., Ltd.
2. Around May 2008, the Defendant forged a private document on the ground that the payment period for the product is imminent in supplying the new 1, 2, and the high-ion temperature pressure vessel, etc. (HT TW Ex Trak) to H Co., Ltd. at the E office located in Singu-si, Singu, Y.
