A. 1 Status of the Parties A (hereinafter “A”)

The said three companies are also “each of the instant companies.”

(4) Defendant D was respectively listed as the auditor on December 28, 2004, Defendant E as the auditor on March 20, 2008, Defendant F as the auditor of J on December 28, 2004, and Defendant F as K director on December 28, 2004.

Defendant D’s remittance of the amount equivalent to the benefits of Defendant D, E, and F from January 2005 to January 201, 201, received the amount of KRW 54,500,000 per month from K to KRW 1,50,000, and Defendant E received the amount of KRW 1,500,000 per month from J from October 2008 to March 201 from March 201 to KRW 96,296,00,00 per month, and Defendant F from January 200 to October 201 to KRW 1,50,500,000 per month, and KRW 96,70,000 per month from around March 200 to March 204, respectively.
