1. Basic facts
A. 1 Status of the Parties A (hereinafter “A”)

3) Meanwhile, on August 16, 2012, A was declared bankrupt by the Busan District Court 2012Hahap4, and the Plaintiff was appointed as the bankruptcy trustee on the same day.
