Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 24, 2014, the Defendant driven a bro vehicle under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.072% of alcohol level without a driver’s license, from the restaurant of the “Yansan-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-ro, Ansan-ro, a university located in the upper part of the Ansan-si, Ansan-do, Annsan-do, at approximately 500 meters away from the 500-ro, Annsan-do, Annsan-do, Annsan-ro, a city under the influence of alcohol level without a driver’s license.

On July 24, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (after-accidents), driving a body-type car on B around July 20, 2014, and driving the road 20, a city located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-ro, Sinsan-ro, Sinsan-ro, Sinsan-ro, at an insular speed from the seat of a new hotel to the direction of an elementary school.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant was prevented from destroying the above damaged vehicle to the extent of KRW 483,426 due to the above occupational negligence and from leaving the place of accident by the witness, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the damaged person.
