Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

A and Defendant B are the right holders of the E church belonging to the Korean Film Supervisors Association in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

The victim F, who is the head of the E Educational Association, thought that the methods and contents of the operation of the E Educational Assembly members G (hereinafter referred to as the "E Educational member G") are inconsistent with the "School Affairs" of the E Educational Assembly members of the E Educational Council. Meanwhile, from 2009 to 2011, it is thought that the church budget is partially inappropriate as a result of auditing the accounts of the church, etc. as the poor head of the E Educational Association's office, and that the church budget is partially inappropriate and presented critical opinions within the church. The defendants thought that the F behavior such as the E Educational member would disrupt the order of the church, and there has been conflict with the F.
