Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 18, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers Violence) went to a police station by driving a taxi on or around 00:37, when the victim F (the age of 52) went to a destination, and arrived at the destination, on the grounds that the victim returned to the destination, and the victim went to the police station to avoid trial expenses.

At around 01:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was in front of the selling bridge located in Daegu Northern-dong 548-23, Daegu Northern-dong 548-23; (b) was tightly sealed by the victim, and used the cab driver who was in operation by plucking and digging up the hand hand of the victim.

2. On the same day, at around 01:10, the Defendant committed assault against F, a taxi driver, at the Daegu Northern Police Station H, Daegu Northern Police Station H, which was working as a hub under the 548-23 Dong-dong 548-23 of the same day, and the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the said I; (b) opened the above I’s right shoulder; (c) walked the I’s right shoulder; (d) walked the I on one occasion; and (e) walked the said J on one occasion due to the appearance of the said J.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties of police officers.

3. At around 01:20 on the same day, the Defendant damaged the public object, which was a public object, to take a bath while getting on or off the patrol vehicle in front of the school village apartment located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, and to walk the glass and inside of the patrol vehicle at hand, thereby damaging the patrol vehicle, which is a public object, so that the repair cost equivalent to KRW 214,090, would amount to 214,090.
