Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

B et al., with the intention of opening the gambling place, B et al., planned and managed the entire gambling place and operated the gambling place (tentatively referred to as “warehouse”). C et al., upon the decision of the plaque, C et al., intended to divide the role of settling and distributing the betting money by gambling persons (Stenographicly referred to as “definite”) and E/F, while possessing electricity and monitoring the control of investigative agencies inside and outside the gambling place (tentatively referred to as “definite”).

The Defendant carried out the above roles of each of the above B, etc., and opened a gambling house in the second floor from around 00:00 on October 30, 2015 to around 03:00 on the same day, which is the size of 10 million won in total, from the 2nd floor of Busan Northern-gu, and from around 10:00 on the 10.00 on the 2nd day, the Defendant made it easy for the said B, etc. to open a gambling house by advertising coffee or singing in the heart.

Accordingly, the Defendant assisted the establishment of gambling places by B, etc.
