Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

In fact, the Defendant was awarded a contract for construction of a new building in Jinju-si, and subcontracted the steel frame and board construction to D, and D re-subcontracted only the steel frame construction part of the said construction to F Co., Ltd. for the victim E management. As the Defendant directly subcontracted the said F with the means to purchase the disaster insurance for workers, the Defendant prepared a construction contract to the effect that “the Defendant will contract the said new building frame and board construction with F for KRW 93,50,000,00,000” as it was directly subcontracted to F.

However, the injured party filed a civil suit against the defendant for the payment of the construction cost at the Changwon District Court Branch 2016 Ghana Branch 2016 Ghana Branch 338577, and presented the above construction contract with the main evidentiary material, and the above construction contract was forged.

Then, I argued that the payment obligation for the above F is exempted.

Therefore, for the purpose of having the victim punished, the Defendant prepared a false complaint with the purport that “the victim forged a construction contract under the name of the Defendant without any authority for the purpose of exercising criminal punishment on February 25, 2016, and submitted it to the Civil Litigation Tribunal and exercised it.” The Defendant made a false complaint with the intent of having the victim punished, and submitted it to the service center of the Jinju Police Station, which is located 24 oon-ro 3, Jinju-si, Jinju-si, 2016, to the effect that “the victim committed a serious punishment.” On July 15, 2016.
