Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 11:40 on February 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) found the Defendant’s Defendant’s Defendant’s wife D was dispatched to an external company at the Dondo Agricultural Branch Co., Ltd.’s Dondo Dondo Dundo Dondo Dundo Dundo, but did not receive any wage to be paid on the first day of each month; (b) found the Defendant, on the ground that F, an agricultural employee of the said Dondo C branch Do Do Dundo Do Dundo Dun, was under influence on the ground that F, an agricultural employee of the said Do C branch Do Dundo Do Dundo Do Dundo Do, was under influence on the floor of the said Dondo Don Don Do

Accordingly, the Defendant, by force, interfered with the duties of the employees of the said agricultural branch C, such as the above E, which was the victim.

2. At around 11:40 on February 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed the face of the above police officer G, “I can be arrested as an insulting crime if I want to take a look at the instant police officer H, who is a police officer of the Dondo Police Station, who was dispatched after having received a report of interference with business at the Dondo Branch C, and was asked by the police officer of the Dondo Police Station, Ha, who was a police officer of the said police station, for questioning the instant police officer H about the instant situation; and (b) read, “Is the police officer’s body of the said police officer,” and read, “Is the police officer’s face.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted H and G, who is a police officer, thereby obstructing police officers' legitimate performance of official duties on the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes, public peace and order maintenance.

Although the relevant provision of the Criminal Act and Article 314(1) of the Criminal Act regarding criminal facts and the choice of punishment are not good, the crimes of obstruction of performance of official duties and Article 136(1) of the Criminal Act (the selection of fines) are not good, agricultural cooperatives were not punished against the defendant, and the defendant was punished by a fine for police officers.
