A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 10, 2016, at around 13:30 on July 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed customers, etc. the “Dcafeteria” of the victim C’s operation located in the Busan Young-gu, Busan (hereinafter “Dcafeteria”); and (b) expressed customers, etc. the Defendant expressed garbage bags to the restaurant, and obstructed the Defendant’s operation of the restaurant for about 30 minutes, such as gathering garbage bags into the restaurant.
2. The Defendant, at around 14:25 on the same day, was arrested as a flagrant offender of the crime of interference with business at the Busan Youngdo Police Station F box located in the Busan Youngdo Police Station, the Defendant 14:25 on the same day, and, at the same time, she saw, “Ye, Ney franch franch. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f.
