1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant Republic of Korea shall transfer on June 11, 1997 each real estate listed in the Schedule No. 1 annexed hereto.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments by the Korea Land Information Corporation, Gap's 1 through 5 square meters, the plaintiff was currently engaged in such activities as a merger and change of name, dissolution and comprehensive succession of rights and obligations. The defendant's Republic of Korea is the owner of each land listed in Disposition 1-B (hereinafter referred to as "each land"). The defendant's old group is the owner of each land listed in Disposition 1-B (hereinafter referred to as "comprehensive"), the number of land listed in Disposition 1-3, the number of land listed in Disposition 2-3, the number of land indicated in Attached Table 4, the number of land indicated in Attached Table 1-3, the number of land indicated in Attached Table 1-3, the number of land indicated in Attached Table 2-4, the number of land indicated in Attached Table 3, the number of land indicated in Attached Table 2-3, the number of land indicated in Attached Table 3-4, the number of land indicated in Attached Table 9-2, the number of land indicated in Attached Table 2-3, the number of land indicated in Annex 9-2.
