Defendants shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

The Defendants did not pay the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 17, 2008, the Defendants jointly committed the crime prepared a written complaint with respect to F, who is the husband of the Defendant A, through G, with the aim of having F punished a criminal punishment at the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western Office, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, with the aim of having F punished the Defendant F, and submitted the written complaint to the public service center of the Seoul Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Nevertheless, the Defendants made a false accusation against F.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to raise F in collusion.

2. On September 14, 2009, Defendant A appeared at the court of Seoul Central District Court No. 501 in Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and taken an oath as a witness of the above court No. 2009 and 2859 in respect of F, and the facts are as follows: notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant was abused by F on October 17, 2008 and suffered an injury, the witness was operated Halle in Jung-gu, Seoul around 21:00 on October 17, 2008.
