The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a nurse of the E-Medical Center D in the racing city where C is receiving medical care, and the F is a director of the HBurology department in G in the racing city where C had received medical treatment several times from August 9, 2015 to August 9, 2015.

No person shall be provided with personal information by knowing the fact that the personal information manager has not obtained consent from the subject of information.

Nevertheless, around September 30, 2015, the Defendant received PACS video data from the above F, which is personal information of PAC, from the above F without the consent of C, from the above Hurology medical clinic.

Accordingly, the Defendant was provided with C personal information from F with knowledge of the fact that C did not obtain C’s consent.
