A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 28, 2014, even though C did not have any intention to marry with the Defendant at a civil petition service center of the mine office located 15 a.h. in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Mine-gu, 29, in fact, C prepared and submitted a false marriage report as if C had an intention to marry with the Defendant and submitted a false marriage report as if C had married, thereby having a public official in charge of the above civil service center who is aware of the circumstance registered C as the Defendant’s father on the computerized records for family relation registration, and made a false report as to the public official and recorded the false facts in the special media records such as electronic records.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1, exercised a process deed, making it possible to peruse and print out registration information on family relations recorded in a false manner as Paragraph 1.
