Punishment of the crime

On April 2014, the Defendant is expected to receive a loan with a credit card to the victim in the vicinity of the Heung-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju-ro 6 Cheongju-ro bus terminal in order to obtain a loan with a credit rating higher than that of the credit card if the Defendant sent the credit card to the victim.
