Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2015, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information in the Ministry of Justice on January 27, 2016, who was sentenced to a fine of three million won due to forced indecent act by the Jeju District Court and was registered with the Ministry of Justice as a person subject to registration of personal information.

Where a person subject to registration of personal information has changed personal information, he/she shall submit changed information to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date the reason and details of the change

On December 16, 2015, the Defendant submitted the personal information referred to as “B, 102 at the time of Jeju’s domicile (actual domicile)” to the head of the Jeju Dong Police Station on December 16, 2015, and subsequently transferred his/her residence from the cnick to the flick’s domicile during November 2016, the Defendant failed to submit the modified information within 20 days without justifiable grounds.
