A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On May 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a 6-month suspended sentence for larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court, and on November 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a 10-month sentence for larceny at night at the Seoul Northern District Court on November 27, 2014 and the said sentence became final and conclusive on November 27, 2014, and the sentence of the said suspended sentence was terminated on March 18, 2016.

1. On April 21, 2018, at around 12:10, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Maart operated by the victim D located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which was loaded in the display stand outside of the store, into the front wheelchairs of the electric wheel chairs, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 6,500, which was the victim’s 6,500.

2. On April 21, 2018, the Defendant: at the same place as the preceding paragraph, at around 12:40 on April 21, 2018; and at the same time, at the victim’s display stand outside of the store, the Defendant stolen the front 1 string of the instant wheel chairs in excess of KRW 28,00.

3. On April 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as the preceding paragraph at around 14:00, the Defendant: (b) stolen the property equivalent to KRW 9,500, totaling 1 salary bars and 1 salary bars at the market price of at least 3,000, the victim-owned at a display stand outside the store; and (c) took away the property equivalent to KRW 6,500, totaling 1 salary bars and 1 salary bars at the front of the front wheel.

[2018 Height 3333] On July 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by carrying the 17,000 net value of 17,00 won in the front of the warehouse at the “G” located in the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central District, and then placing the victim H in the front of the warehouse in the front of the warehouse.

[2] On August 12, 2018, around 22:58, 2018, the Defendant: (a) laid off one string of a white winder with the market price of KRW 27,500, the victim’s market price in front of the victim’s JJ operation “K” on the first floor of Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) loaded one string of a white winder with the victim’s market price of KRW 27,500.
