Punishment of the crime

On March 7, 2016, the Defendant driven a car with B low alcohol level of about 0.224% in the section of about 300 meters from the 300-meter alcohol level to the front road of the apartment complex, from the front of the lave-ro 481-1 in the Jinan-dong, Jin-dong 481-1, to the front road of the apartment complex.
