A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence subparagraph 1 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On April 16, 2015, the Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc.) considered that the victim F (the age of 43) would take the right to manage a marina business from the Defendant, along with G, within the “E” business establishment located in Suwon-gu, Busan, and that the victim F (the age of 43) would take the right to manage a marina business establishment from the Defendant, and then laid the victim into the marina business establishment, and then set one of the kitchenss, which is a dangerous object that had been prepared under the front wave table ( approximately 30 cm in length), was cut to the victim, and sounded “I will die.
