Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2013, at around 05:26, the Defendant, at around 05:25 on August 6, 2013, entered the third floor parking lot of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, with one unit, "SONEXR125", and "GONEXR125", the victim D, who was parked therein, had one unit, and "GONONEXR125".

Accordingly, the defendant stolen three Obamas in an amount equivalent to 7.5 million won in total of the market price owned by the victim.
