Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 5, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Jeju District Court for embezzlement, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on December 13, 2014.
On November 7, 2013, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the loan claim lawsuit at the court of Jeju District Court No. 301 on November 7, 2013, and took an oath against the Defendant’s former wife E as the victim D in the court of Jeju District Court No. 301, and thereafter raised the following perjury.
