A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2008, from around 12:00 on the date to around 12:00 on the victim E, the Defendant took possession of KRW 5,00,00, 1,1,000, and 20,000, such as cash, which is the victim’s possession between the victim and the victim, and stolen from the victim E’s house located in Kuri-si, Sinri-si.

2. The Defendant, from around 100 to around 12:00 on the end of May 2008, opened a window at a place prescribed in paragraph (1) at the location from around 12:00 and entered the room, followed the victim E’s clothes and the west head, and cut off with a total of KRW 500 won, including the number of 100 and the number of 8,000,000.

3. On July 22, 2009, the Defendant: (a) possessed a sexual harassment room prepared in advance at a place set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article; (b) opened a room window which was not locked after a pipe was set up on hand; and (c) kept the victim E under the supervision of this case on the part of the head of the sexual harassment.

500 won 10, total of 5,000 won were collected and stolen by inserting it to the prime machine.

4. On July 23, 2009, the Defendant: (a) opened a room window that was not set up at a place prescribed in Paragraph (1) at around 11:00; and (b) removed and stolen the Victim E, who was in the front line, with four pages of KRW 1,000, the victim E.

[2015 order 297] On January 12, 2015, the Defendant came to the greenhouse of the victim C’s operation located in Guriri-si F around 17:55 on January 12, 2015, and came to have 4 pieces of tobacco, 3 lap, and 1 lap for laundry in the market price owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

1. On January 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a plastic house operated by the victim C in Gui-si F around 17:00 on January 4, 2015; (b) went into the door door and intruded into the office by a lower part of the entrance; and (c) carried a chi 1, coffee 1, and tobacco 5, where the market price owned by the victim is unknown.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
