A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution in August 28, 2014 due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) in the Sungwon District Court's branch branch, and the sentence becomes final and conclusive on December 6, 2014 and is currently under suspension of execution.

1. Around 19:30 on May 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 309 of the D Building in which the Defendant living in Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si (hereinafter “Ack-si”) had the kitchen knife (19cm in length, 31.5cm in total length) which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen, after having taken one time at the victim’s knife at the time; and (b) took the kitchen knife (19cm in length, 31.5cm in total length) which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen; and (c) took the victim’s knife with the knife with the knife with the knife, knife with the knife with the knife with the knife with the knife with the knife with the knife with the knife.

2. 『2015고단1399』폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단ㆍ흉기등상해) 피고인은 2015. 5. 22. 13:35경 성남시 수정구 F에 있는 G식당에서 피해자 H, I, E과 함께 술을 마시다가 피해자들과 시비가 되어 다투던 중 화가 나 위험한 물건인 끓고 있는 옻닭 뚝배기가 올려진 휴대용 가스렌지를 양손으로 집어 들고 피해자들을 향해 던져 피해자들에게 치료 일수 미상의 피부 화상 등을 가하였다.
