A Imprisonment for one year, each of the defendants B, C, and D shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months, defendant E, F, and G.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s position as the head of the marketing headquarters of the incorporated association P (hereinafter “P”) from around 2014 to October 2015; Defendant B served as the head of the incorporated association R-C (hereinafter “R”); Defendant C served as the head of the headquarters of the incorporated association from around April 201 to around January 201; Defendant C served as the head of the incorporated association T-C (hereinafter “T”); Defendant D used as the head of the incorporated association from around May 2008 to around January 2016 from around October 2012 to around January 2016; Defendant D used as the head of the business office of V affiliated (hereinafter “V”); Defendant C used as the head of the business office of the incorporated association from around February 2, 2014 to around January 2016; and Defendant C used as the head of the business office of the incorporated association from around X-B (hereinafter “Defendant 1”); and Defendant B as the head of the business office of the incorporated association (hereinafter “Y”).

2. The disabled working places where the Defendants were employed in the tendering process conducted by the Korean Development Institute for Disabled Persons, shall select a business entity that bid the lowest price by bidding among the member companies of “AD” established under the Korean Development Institute for Disabled Persons (hereinafter “Development Institute for Disabled Persons”) at a public institution upon receipt of a request from the public institution to select a AC supplier.

On November 2013, immediately after the establishment of AD, the Defendants determined the successful bidder in advance in the bidding process, and received the successful bidder, and conspired to participate in the bidding at a price higher than the estimated price notified by the successful bidder to the companies other than the successful bidder, in order to prevent a bid due to a single bid.

B and A are invited to receive an order of the Taean Coastal Police Station (AE) from R to receive a successful bid, which is publicly announced by the Disabled Development Institute on November 20, 2013.
