A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 D(여, 12세), E(여, 10세), F(9세)의 친부로서 평소 술을 자주 마시면서 술에 취하거나 화가 나면 처 G과 자녀들을 상대로 수시로 폭력을 행사하여 왔고, 처와 부부싸움 중 화가 난다는 이유로 과도로 식탁을 찍거나, 위 자녀들로 하여금 망치나 드라이버, 칼 등을 가지고 오게 한 다음 사람 죽이는 법을 가르쳐준다고 하면서 사람을 죽이는 시늉을 하거나, 위 자녀들이 보는 앞에서 처 G으로 하여금 강제로 옷을 벗게 하는 등 가정에서 강압적으로 행동하여 왔다.

1.
