A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
The defendant is a biological relative of the victim C (math, current 17 years of age) and is a relative of the victim.
1. Rape;
A. A. 2. Indecent acts by compulsion;
A.
