Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is the owner of a building in reinforced military units B, C, or D.

Anyone who intends to change any building permit or building report shall file a report with the permitting authority or the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu before such change is made.

Nevertheless, on April 2013, the Defendant changed the height of one main building of the above building reported 7.8m to 11.85m and 5m respectively without reporting the change to the head of the strengthened Gun on April 2013.

2. A Special Metropolitan City Mayor, a Metropolitan City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, or a head of a Gun;

Nevertheless, on July 16, 2012, the Defendant obtained permission to engage in development activities for the purpose of building sites for detached houses and building sites for neighboring families (offices) from the above reinforced military units B, C, and D on July 16, 2012, and then changed the number of the above building sites by the date and time specified in Paragraph 1 at the place and without obtaining permission to change from the head of the reinforcement Gun.
