Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to revise matters permitted for development activities shall obtain permission from the competent market.

Around July 2009, the Defendant had not obtained permission and changed the permitted matters by incorporating it into a factory site, and by creating it the amount of eight meters in width, five meters in length, and 90 meters in length, which are already approved as a road site from the land outside the city of Kimhae, Kimhae-si and 14.
