Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On December 17, 2013, Defendant A had been driving a Dununst Motor Vehicle owned by B on the road located on the 67 Ostun-ro Roon-ro 19:30 on December 17, 2013.
At the time, since the victim E (55 years old) was at night and was left behind the passenger car of Defendant A, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed and to check the distance with the victim at sufficient intervals.
Nevertheless, Defendant A neglected to do so, and caused the victim’s breast part behind Defendant A’s driver’s vehicle, which was behind Defendant A’s driver’s vehicle, to the lower part.
As a result, Defendant A caused the death of the victim who was receiving a back-of-the-counter treatment to a F Hospital due to the above occupational negligence, due to low-blood shocks, hemopic, hemopic, hemopic, hemopic, hemopic, hemopic, hemopic, and the bones of divers
