Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a vehicle B by driving as a duty.

On September 1, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on September 1, 2019, and proceeded directly with the intersection of 1 regular teachers' distance from the upper east-si to the D Elementary School, at the speed of the two-lanes from the Chigh School, at which the speed of time cannot be known, depending on the two-lanes of speed.

There are two-lanes where red flashing lights and yellow flashing lights are installed and one-lane intersections are cross-sections.

In such cases, when a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle intends to enter the intersection where traffic is not controlled and safety signs indicating temporary suspension are installed, he/she has a duty of care to temporarily stop his/her motor vehicle and not interfere with the passage of other motor vehicles.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not temporarily stop while entering the intersection in the front direction of his own vehicle, but did not temporarily stop, and did so, the Defendant obstructed the normal course of the victim E (the ZX-6R) driving, which is proceeding directly from the front right side of the running direction of his own vehicle, and obstructed the normal course of the victim E (the 43 years old) driving, which is proceeding directly from the upper right side of his own vehicle, and got the front right side of his own vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from an injury by video, etc., even in 201, on the left-hand bridge that requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment to the driver E due to such occupational negligence.
