Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On July 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Seoul Central District Court (Seoul Central District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on October 31 of the same year.

[Criminal facts]

1. On April 8, 2017, at around 00:00, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance by dracker to “E restaurant operated by the victim D” on the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1st floor; and (b) destroyed the entrance into the air dracker; and (c) stolen the cash, which is 85,000 won, owned by the victim, who was in the air dracker.

3. On May 6, 2017, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a window on the first floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I on the part of “K cafeteria” operated by the Victim J; and (b) intruded into the door and stolen cash of KRW 180,000, which is owned by the victim in the West-gu.

4. On May 6, 2017, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the rear door door by using the dracker; and (b) invaded into the rear door; and (c) stolen the cash owned by the victim in a simplified credit cooperative with KRW 130,000,000.

5. On May 6, 2017, at around 03:13, the Defendant: (a) damaged the entrance to the first floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-guO by using the victim P; and (b) invaded into the entrance and stolen the entrance with cash of KRW 7,000 in a simplified credit cooperative.
