The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination that each of the facts charged in this case was guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is just, and there is no violation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules without exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Meanwhile, the argument that the court below erred in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the legitimate act is not a legitimate ground of appeal, as it is alleged in the ground of appeal that the defendant did not consider it as the ground of appeal or as the subject of judgment ex officio.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
