Summary of Grounds for Appeal

The punishment of the lower court (eight months of imprisonment, two years of suspended execution) is too unreasonable.

The instant crime is determined: (a) the Defendant, who had been in office as the Secretary General in charge of overall control over C’s affairs for about 10 years, received subsidies from victims and submitted funds to victims by means of voluntary consumption of C’s operating expenses, etc. for the total amount of KRW 14,189,630 from December 16, 209 to October 28, 2013; (b) the total amount of KRW 3,450,00 from around 10 to around 25,000 to around 10,000 to around 10.6,00 to around 20,000 to the 10.6th,00 won of the subsidies from around 10 to around 10, 201; and (c) the Defendant’s total amount of KRW 3,450,000 from around 10 to June 3, 2013 to the 35th, not from around 2018.
