1. The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Defendant.
3. Disposition of the judgment of the court of first instance; and

Reasons
1. The reasons for the acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the parts added or written by the following paragraph (2). Thus, they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. A portion used for adding or cutting;
A. The second page 7 and 8 of the judgment of the court of first instance (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”) are as follows: “Plaintiffs (Appointed Parties) and the designated parties ( collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”) are all referred to as “Plaintiffs (Appointed Parties) and designated parties ( collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”) on February 5, 2015.”
(b) Buildings of this case, Nos. 12 and 13 of the judgment of the court of first instance (hereinafter referred to as "the building of this case").
“B” Following the first instance court’s decision, “A” was added to “B, December 14, 2015,” and “B, December 14, 2015.” (C) No. 3, 17, and 18 of the first instance court’s decision, “Until the date of delivery of the instant land or the date of loss of the Plaintiffs’ ownership,” and “B, until the date of the expiration of the Defendant’s possession of the instant land or the date of the Plaintiffs’ loss of ownership.” (d) On the third and fourth first instance court’s decision, “C,” the first instance court’s decision No. 43, 4, “Until the date of delivery of the instant land or the date of the Plaintiffs’ loss of ownership,” and “The first instance court’s decision No. 2, 17, and 18 of the first instance judgment,” and “No. 3, the first instance court’s request for “No. 16,” and “No. 2, 20101.5 of the instant land.
3. As a result, the claim of this case by the designated party of the plaintiff shall be accepted with the reasons, and it shall be accepted.
