1. As to KRW 55,300,000 and KRW 53,700,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the full payment from October 12, 2017 to the day of full payment.

The facts of the reasons for the claim are not disputed between the parties.

Therefore, with respect to the Plaintiff’s total amount of KRW 55,300,000 (=53,700,000 won) and KRW 53,700,000 among the above loans, the Defendant is obligated to pay interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from October 12, 2017 to the date of full payment, which is the agreed interest rate of KRW 53,700,000,000, which is the agreed upon by the Plaintiff, after the pertinent date of loan, from May 23, 2018 to August 28, 2019, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff interest or delay damages at the rate of 5% per annum as prescribed by the Civil Act and 12% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Facilitation, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
