In six months of imprisonment for A and B, Defendant C shall be sentenced to imprisonment for four months, Defendant D and H shall be subject to a fine of 3,00,000 won, and Defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C are the representative director of K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “K”) located in the second 803 J building in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and Defendant C is the company that develops and provides online games and services to online members.

B is the representative director of the corporation M (hereinafter referred to as "M") with 2501 L Building 2501 in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and M is the company which conducts customer management and counseling as K's customer center.

The Defendants, while engaging in online content service business, acquired another person’s passbook and registered an online site operator in his/her name, and offered to receive the settlement amount of members by each passbook. A.

On January 17, 2012, the Defendants corrected the above facts of the charge of the passbook, cash card, and security card (N) from the Defendant D at the venture branch of the Seongbuk-dong National Bank of Seongbuk-dong, the Defendant’s account number, such as Defendant D and the passbook of the national bank transferred by each Party E, with the erroneous entry. C. On June 24, 2010, the Defendants received the means of access by giving F the passbook, cash card, and security card (P) from F on a monthly basis at the Seongbuk-gu sperm Dong, with the amount of KRW 1.5 million per month.

On September 30, 2010, the Defendants received the means of access after having been issued the passbook, cash card, and security card from G at the seat of the transferring Dong of Suwon-gu National Bank from G to KRW 1.5 million each month.

E. On September 27, 201, the Defendants are the National Bank located in Suwon-dong, Seongbuk-gu.
