Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 22, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on January 11, 2019.

1. The Defendant, from around 16:00 on March 28, 2020 to around 00:14 on the following day, committed as if the Defendant would normally pay the victim C’s price at the “D” alcohol house operated by Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, and ordered the victim to provide alcohol and alcohol.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired property benefits equivalent to the above amount.
