A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2017, the Defendant reported on October 21:44, 2017 to the effect that “the drunks will not obstruct and turn on the front of the vehicle” in the front of the Daegu-gu Seo-gu Office C, Daegu-gu, the Defendant sent a 112 report to the effect that “on the front of the vehicle, the drunks will not turn on the front of the vehicle,” and that the slope E belonging to the police station DNA would turn on the front of the vehicle, and the Defendant expressed a defective desire for a defect by hand, and the body of the police officer could be pushed off on the face of the police officer one time by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the prevention and investigation of crimes.
