1. As to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 3,668,992 against the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its amount from December 20, 2017 to August 10, 2018.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. C. As a result of the fire site investigation in the mountain fire station, the fire investigators conducted a field investigation on the instant fire site two times from February 19, 2017 to February 21, 2017.

As a result, according to the surrounding CCTV images, it is presumed that the central passage, which is a part of the tent boundary between the five buildings and 5,6 buildings, was first launched. ① On the date of the occurrence of the fire, there was no working person working on the day of the fire, and D's employees, etc. cut off all of the machinery and equipment at the time of leaving.
